We (Ruben & Kerstin) live ourselves with our three children in the house on the upper floor.
We took over the house a few years ago and have always continued to renovate.
Since sustainability is very important to us, a photovoltaic system was applied to the roof of the house in 2022.

Dear vacation guests, Our vacation apartment should be a second home to you. You should feel comfortable and be able to relax. We have put a lot of effort into the furnishings and hope that you will find everything you need. The following house rules are intended to help you enjoy a harmonious stay. We have also listed some rules which we hope you will understand. By treating the apartment properly, you will help us to offer you and other guests satisfactory accommodation in the future. General If there is anything missing in the apartment or if you need help, please do not hesitate to contact us. All things that are in the apartment or on the terrace, or belong to it, may and should be used by the guests. Please treat the entire furnishings and inventory with care and treat the rental property with care. Please ensure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions. Kitchen Please treat the kitchen equipment and technical appliances with care. As nobody likes a dirty kitchen, please only put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the tables or worktop without a trivet. Always use a chopping board as a base when cutting. Leave behind
